Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for scheduled services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the full service fee may still apply.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We will make every reasonable effort to inspect and resolve concerns to your satisfaction.
Disputes must be submitted in writing via email to team@dsantos-supportservicesltd.com, including a description of the issue and photos, if applicable.
We aim to resolve all disputes professionally and fairly. If no resolution is reached, you may pursue third-party mediation or small claims court in accordance with local laws.
By booking our services, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that payments are final and non-refundable.
